This Post Is Probably Going to Disappoint Some of You...

And I'm terribly sorry for that. Hi guys! :) A little while ago I had a reader ask me to post something about 9/11. I was going to give us all a 48-hour "let's have some dignity and let the people mourn" period, and then life happened and here we are almost two weeks later. So I'm really really really sorry I forgot about that. Let's do a moment of silence, shall we?

*moment of silence*

All right. We can be done being serious now. Let's talk about the Awesome Button! I finally overcame my natural predisposition to laziness and put it on there. It's at the bottom of the right sidebar underneath my post history. I'm going to try to update it every post. If you see it disappear, that's because I'm doing formatting to make this page look even more amazing! And if you have a suggestion for the awesome button, you can leave me a comment or send me an e-mail (on the Contact Me page) and I'll review your pick.

Here are three things I can't/won't put on the Awesome Button:

  • Anything with R-rated sexual content. Obviously. Language I'm okay with, but I get that some of you aren't, so I'll post warnings when there are things like that.
  • Anything that's basically an advertisement for a commercial product/service, unless the circumstances are exceptional. I don't do capitalism, or I try not to, so please just don't even go there with me. Causes, on the other hand, are fine. If you want somebody to know about your cause, and you have a website that doesn't look like it was written by an 11 year old who had just tasted Mountain Dew for the first time and actually explains what you want people to do instead of just begging them to donate money, I'll probably put it up.
  • Music, unless the circumstances are exceptional.
Everything else is fair game. I'll write a real post soon. In the meantime, the thing I linked you guys to on the Button should keep you occupied for a while. Thanks!
